We collect information in two ways.
When you submit an enquiry form, whether on the contact page or on a product or industry page, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you enter. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at.
When you submit a form we record the IP address the submission came from. We use this only to investigate spam and abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing campaigns unless you have separately agreed to that, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Our homepage includes a video. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play. Once you do, YouTube may set cookies and receive information about your visit. We use YouTube’s privacy enhanced mode, which limits what is collected before you interact with the player.
Some fonts, icons and scripts used by this site are served from public content delivery networks. Your browser contacts those networks to fetch those files, which means they receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.
Enquiry details are seen by our sales and marketing team, and by the agency that maintains this website, purely for technical support. Enquiry emails are also delivered to our web maintenance mailbox so that form failures can be spotted and fixed.
Beyond that we share information only where the law requires it.
Enquiry records are held in the database behind this website, on servers operated by our hosting provider. Copies also exist in the email inboxes of the people who receive enquiry notifications.
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for the business relationship they relate to, and then remove them.
Access to enquiry records is limited to authorised staff through a password protected administration area. The site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it. Write to mktg@pbgl.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
