Precision Machining: For transmission gears high-speed CNC Hobbing, CNC Gear Shaping, CNC Shaving, spline rolling , CNC tooth profile grinding ensures gears are manufactured with high accuracy and CNC Skiving/Scudding ring gear technology from Profilator Germany ensure every ring gear cut is precise.

Advanced Metallurgy & Forging: Up-setter forging , Ring -rolling ,Forging hammers , presses and near-net warm forging screw press capabilities, backed by robust controlled heat-treatment and induction hardening lines.

IATF 16949 Certified Quality Control: Our commitment to a "Zero Defect" methodology is backed by our strict IATF 16949 and ISO quality certifications. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing utilizing modern equipment’s including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) , Klingelnberg P65 and Gleason 475GMM Gear tester to guarantee absolute structural integrity before dispatch.
