Engineering Capabilities

Capable of Manufacturing Hypoid/Spiral Bevel and Zerol Bevel Gears cut on Gleason and Oerlinkon / Klingelnberg Systems on the latest Dry Cutting Machines and Conventional route also.
Straight Bevel Gear generation capability on near net forging (Warm Forging) and Coniflex Bevel Generators.
Transmission Gears are produced by CNC Hobbing, CNC Gear Shaping, Shaving, and Spline Rolling Tooth Profile Grinding machines for High-Quality expectation gears.
Design capability of reverse engineering of new ratios of Hypoid. Differential and Transmission Gears and also rationalized/upgraded existing customers' products. We are in a position to offer Design and Development services for Crown Wheel Pinion and Differential Gears.
Axle Shafts are processed by Up-setter forging, Hobbing, and Induction Hardening.
Design capability of Hypoid and Spiral Bevel Gears using the support of Gleason C-AGE Software.

PBGL is equipped with the best equipment available Globally.
For the manufacture and finishing of Crown Wheel & pinion world-renowned Gleason and Oerlikon, Systems are installed.

For the manufacture of Differential Gears, Gleason Coniflex Bevel Generating equipment is used and for Transmission Gears, PBGL has a number of CNC Hobbing, Shaping, and Shaving machines from renowned manufacturers Gleason, Churchill, Pfauter, Liebherr, TOS, Hurth, Lorenz, Fellows, Red Ring supported with a battery of CNC Lathes and CNC Vertical Machining Centers.

For Heat Treatment - equipment installed included Continuous Carburising Furnace, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Gas Carburising Furnaces, Quench Press, Shot Blasting Equipment, Shot Peening Equipment, and Straightening Presses.
