Steel is purchased from approved steel mills only.

Forgings
Forgings are manufactured or received Heat Code Wise in duly Isothermally Annealed / Normalized condition. And stringent QA control is followed assuring the following Checks are carried out before further processing:

Check of Chemical Composition by Spectro Analysis

  • Jominy hardenability
  • Micro Structure and Inclusions
  • Grains size and Grain Flow
  • Dimensional Inspection
